  • Good chance of selling product prior to removal
  • All product may not sell
  • You could incur some removal cost

2 WEEKS PRIOR

  • You will likely incur all cost of removal
  • You could incur temporary storage cost
  • The value of your furniture will be much lower

 

NEXT, WE TAKE AN INVENTORY & START MARKETING YOUR PRODUCT.

  1. An Idle Asset office furniture appraiser will visit the site to appraise and inventory the furniture, photograph the items for marketing purposes, and record floor plans for use in determining configuration options.
  2. Next we’ll post your product on the Idle Asset website in our virtual warehouse and email all the dealers, refurbishers, and end users in our nationwide network.
  3. We handle all requests for information and consult with prospective buyers to match their requirements with your product. This may involve reconfiguration, color and fabric matching, and production of 2D floor plan drawings and 3D detail drawings.

 

SOLD! WE'LL WRAP UP THE DETAILS.

Once the product sells, we coordinate the removal and shipping. Then we pay the seller upon receipt of payment from buyers.
